I put a lot of time and effort into creating a truly original first blog post, isn't it astounding? ;o) Seriously, I've always wanted to try this so I'm keen to figure it out. In more exciting news, I also received my advances on Friday. Que mad insane happy smile for the entire weekend and even today! You still won't find these for sale yet, it's just the author advances - the official release date is 1 October, which also happens to be my amazing mother's birthday, so a double celebration! Is it insane that I plan to creep around a few bookshops that day and see if they carry Ghost Bird?
